With SSI Associates, your road to success for Social Security Disability is quite simple.
Upon the submitting of the online form for either: Free Claim Evaluation Form, Apply Now Form, or Denied and Need Help Form, a member of our staff will contact you.
Next, you will receive a packet of forms in the mail. This packet includes medical release forms, so that we can obtain the medical proof we need to win your case for you.
Our office will then handle everything else for you. We complete your application for you and send all medical records to the Social Security Office handling you claim.
This office will then assemble all the needed records and set a hearing date in front of an administrative law judge.

We don't get paid, unless you get paid!
We do not charge a fee, unless you are approved for benefits. Our fee is $5,000.00, or 25% of all past due benefits, WHICHEVER IS LESS!
Our fee is deducted out of your very first check, so you never need to worry about paying. If you are not approved, we do not get paid. It is just that simple.
